Our customer support staff is trained to resolve customer requests with minimal hassle and waiting time. Generally over 80% our cases are closed within 5 minutes, and cases which require additional user input (such as identity validation or withdrawal requests) are resolved within 2 to 3 days.
Licensees are not required to maintain any customer support staff, all customer support is handled directly by our call center.
